Do I get an account when I buy?
No. You get a licence key by email. There is no account to create and no profile to delete. Cancellations, invoices and card changes happen in the payment processor's customer portal.
How does the refund work?
Email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full, on any plan including Lifetime. You do not have to say why. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Can I move my licence to a new Mac?
